Creative Photography does not collect any personal information from a visitor to its web site without explicitly requesting that the visitor provide it. If a visitor is just browsing Creative Photography web site, Creative Photography does not gather any personal information about the visitor whatsoever. There are two ways in which a visitor may explicitly provide and consent to Creative Photography database of collection of personal information by E-mail and /or phone number and / or by filing out the Inquiry forms at the various levels of interest (Example:  Model Inquiry Form, Bridal Inquiry Form, ect.).

Creative Photography may offer a visitor the opportunity to have a Creative Photography Associate contact him or her personally to provide additional information about our products and services. In order to do so, Creative Photography may request additional personal information from the visitor that is relevant or necessary to satisfy the request.
